Our Story

“It appears to be a tumor.” Louie’s vet’s words reverberated through my mind. I understood what they meant, but at that second in time, those words had no meaning. They were simply letters grouped together that made a sentence I couldn’t comprehend. My Louie, my sweet boy, my strong 16-year-old Chihuahua had cancer. In my head, I always told myself Louie would live for more than 20 years. But, little did I know, my time with Louie would come down to just five more weeks. It all happened too quick and I was not prepared. How could clicking through hundreds of pages on google be my only resource to research the answers I needed? I knew there had to be a better, more informative, way. I quickly realized there was a void in the market to offer pet parents a more real time, on-demand research service focused on preventive pet health. So I created it. We pull the research and curate the content, unique to each pet parent’s needs. We help prepare parents for any stage, as early as puppyhood and into their dog’s final years of life.
